Beginner Yoga Series with SteFy

Join Stephanie as she leads you on a 4 week journey teaching you the basics of yoga.

This series is designed for the beginner yoga student and will provide you with specific information and personal attention. Each week will teach you a different aspect of the Yoga practice, from breathing techniques to the different asanas (postures).

At the end of the 4 weeks, you will feel prepared to head into a yoga class with a solid block of knowledge as well as the ability to practice safely and with confidence.

Week 1 – Breath Work (Pranayama
Week 2 – Asanas Step by Step including alignment and modifications with blocks & props
Week 3 – Fundamentals of Inversions and Balance
Week 4 – Back Bending and Sun Salutation with Chaturanga

Beginner Yoga Series meets on Sundays from 11:00am – 12:15 pm

Series Pricing:  4 weeks for $54
