Chair Yoga Series
Practicing Chair Yoga allows anybody of any age and any fitness level to take advantage of yoga’s long list of health benefits! Chair yoga provides a safe way for anyone struggling with balance or movement to practice REAL yoga!
Every class we will utilize a chair as a prop for added stability while we focus on improving or enhancing your over all health, your balance & concentration, and your flexibility & strength!
Class Series begin October 16th
Classes are every Tuesday from 12:30pm – 1:45pm
Series runs from October 16th – November 6th
4 Week Series: $60
