Chair Yoga Series

Practicing Chair Yoga allows anybody of any age and any fitness level to take advantage of yoga’s long list of health benefits!  Chair Yoga provides a safe way for anyone struggling with balance or movement to practice REAL yoga! 

Every class will begin with a seated, centering meditation followed by an active class where we will utilize a chair as a prop.  The focus will be on improving and enhancing your over all health, balance, concentration, and your flexibility & strength!

Classes are every Tuesday from 12:30pm – 1:45pm

4 Week Series:  $60 

6 Week Series: $90

Drop In: $20
