Flexibility & Strength Workshop

This workshop, led by AnnMarie, is especially designed for Hips, Backbends, & Inversions


In addition to a strong flow practice, this class will prepare you for an asana practice that will focus on:

Use of the wall: to support and deepen the poses

Hips & Quads:  Strengthening and stretching to achieve muscular balance

Backbends:  How to use glutes in your backbends and connect the core to the power of the hips and legs

Inversions:  How to use your shoulders correctly in postures where arms are reached overhead


Date:  Friday, April 19th

Time:  7:00 – 9:00 PM

Cost:  $25 before 4/15 & $30 after 4/16


**This workshop is recommended for those with some yoga experience.

Advanced registration is required.  No drop-ins.
