Join us for an introductory workshop in Therapeutic Kundalini Yoga

Kundalini Yoga, brought to us by Yogi Bhajan, is the yoga of awareness, a yogic technology for the whole body & being.

Kundalini Yoga is comprised of hatha poses with unique variety to rejuvenate the spine and nervous system.  Cleanse and energize the blood, body, mind, and spirit using mudras, meditative mantras, and powerful breath-work (known as the breath-of-fire).

In this workshop, all levels are welcome!  We invite you to rock and soothe your chakras into balance and bounty.  A set to tune-up and elevate the 7 vital chakras will be shared.
