Standing Chair Yoga

Chair Yoga allows anyone of any age and any fitness level to take advantage of yoga’s long list of health benefits!  This class provides a safe way for anyone struggling with balance or movement to practice REAL yoga!  These Chair Yoga classes are designed for any individual that may have limited mobility due to previous injuries/surgery.

Every class will begin with a seated, centering meditation followed by a gentle, slow paced class where we will utilize a chair as a prop.  We will incorporate standing poses utilizing the chair as a balance tool!  The focus will be on improving and enhancing your over all health, balance, concentration, and your flexibility & strength!

Recommended for anyone of any age & level!
