Kundalini Yoga Awakening Series with Angela-Jones, E-RYT, YACEP (Daya Prakash Kaur)

This Six Week Kundalini Awakening Journey will focus on helping new students understand the intentions and benefits of Kundalini Yoga, while enjoying a class that is welcoming to beginners and powerfully helpful for experienced yogis to focus on the foundations of a dedicated Kundalini practice.

Kundalini Yoga is the yoga of Awareness, consists of simple yogic techniques that can be practiced and enjoyed by everyone, no matter his/her age or physical ability. It is not a religion and is open to all people, irrespective of their religious denomination. It is a complete science that includes breath (pranayama), yoga postures (asanas), sound, chanting (mantras) and meditation. With Kundalini Yoga you can build a healthy body, develop neutrality, make contact with your infinity and your innate inner wisdom. It is known as the yoga of experience, and through it, you can open the window to your own Higher Consciousness and learn the art of living your fullest potential. Regular practice can give you trans-formative health, joy, and vitality. You become radiant, peaceful and strong, so that you can meet life’s challenges. Appropriate for all abilities, loose fitting, and light clothing suggested.
