Discover a new passion or get some much needed rest and relaxation

An exciting week of new skills and fun in the sun!

Discover a new passion or get some much needed R&R on our Yoga Surf Retreat in Playa Venao, Panama! This 7 day, 6 night retreat has some magic for everyone. Playa Venao is famous for having the best surfing in Panama, but this little jewel has avoided over-development and still maintains its raw, natural beauty, making it an ideal retreat location.

Walk out of your room in the mornings to have your senses flooded with paradise. The sounds and smell of the ocean, a breeze caressing your skin, the sunshine warming your soul. Specially curated, mouthwatering plant based meals are served every day to nourish the body.

Each day includes equipment rentals and surf lessons for every ability and experience level with top tier instructors. Photographers will be on hand to document your journey on the waves. Each day also includes group sessions to review video of the days surfing with instructors to help improve technique.

Yoga is offered daily in a variety of styles (a mix of conditioning and restorative) designed to support your surf practice. Also included in the package is a special kayaking adventure, and a hike to a scenic local waterfall. We also provide round trip shuttle from Tocumen International Airport (PTY) in Panama City to make travel even more of a breeze!

In your downtime choose to relax in one of the venues abundant hammocks, take a walk on the beach and observe turtles and other local wildlife, take a Jiu jitsu class,  or explore the upbeat local nightlife dancing at one of the abundant local bars and venues!

We invite you to join us at Playa Venao April 14th-20th, 2020 to experience your slice of paradise. BUT HURRY! The ocean is waiting and space is limited. Are you ready to dive in?

A yoga retreat like none you’ve ever attended...

It is our understanding that the practice of Yoga goes far beyond exercise. It is a guide for living a meaningful and purpose filled life. Asana (the physical postures) are only 1 of the Eight Limbs of yoga. Our retreats offer a beautiful opportunity to stretch the mind, looking inward to see how our outer experiences stimulate our minds.

We encourage you to be flexible on our yoga retreats. Challenge yourself by being an adventurer and traveling to see nearby sights on a whim. Or maybe your challenge is learning to slow down and go with the flow, allowing yourself to rest surrounded by the beauty of nature around you. Our work is done both inside and out, and sometimes you will only discover what yours is in the moment.

Be open, be flexible, and be free!
